Healthy Chocolate Brownies

There's nothing quite like a delicious chocolate brownie, but store bought ones tend to be full of sugar, refined flour and
loads of fat. So, here's a recipe for no flour, no wheat, no gluten brownies. Enjoy making them!
Healthy Chocolate Brownies Recipe
These brownies are truly delicious, but make sure to wait until they are
cold before you take them out of your dish!

Ingredients:
50g dark chocolate (70% or more)
100g butter/margarine
100g fructose sugar
50g caster sugar
2 eggs, whisked
2tsp vanilla extract
75g ground almonds
2 tsp baking powder
a couple pinches of salt
125g walnut pieces

1. Set the oven to 180c.


2. Melt the chocolate (in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of hot water).




3. Cream the margarine and sugar, then add the eggs, vanilla extract
and melted chocolate.








4. Add the ground almonds, baking powder, walnut pieces and salt. Stir,
and then pour into a tin lined with greaseproof paper.







5. Cook until the top is set, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and
leave to cool.
Carefully remove from tin.



NOTE: Instead of using caster sugar, you could put in 2 tbsp of honey or
agave nectar. The caster sugar does however give the brownies their
classic stickiness!
