things, rather than use them to fight other things. If you only put good into your body, only good will
come of it. Also, if a product has all these unnatural things in it, it probably has very few nutrients left in
it because of the way in which it has been 'preserved'. Still think fast foods aren't bad for you?

Eating natural produce can only do you good, not any bad. Which is also why vitamin supplements
make no sense, if you can afford and you like real fruit and vegetables. Eating organic is the next step
up in any diet program, as these foods will be totally free of chemicals, and naturally produced.
Organic food is sometimes much more tasty than the regular mass produced varieties, so they are
definitely worth having a taste of, if you can go to your local producer then that is even better
